Product
What exactly are you selling?+
Peptides and related compounds intended exclusively for laboratory research. They are not drugs, not supplements, and not intended for human or animal consumption.
They hold no health registration for therapeutic use and have not been evaluated by the FDA or any other health authority for that purpose.
Do they come with a certificate of analysis (COA)?+
Yes. Every batch ships with its certificate of analysis, with identity and purity determined by HPLC and mass spectrometry.
The COA comes with your order. If you need the COA for a specific batch before buying, write to us with the batch number and we'll send it.
How should they be stored?+
Lyophilised material stays stable at room temperature during transport. For long-term laboratory storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended, protected from light.
Refrigeration becomes necessary after reconstitution, not before.
Can you advise me on how to use them?+
No. We do not provide dosing, protocols, routes of administration or any guidance on human use — not by this channel, not by email, and not through our automated assistant.

Shipping
How long does it take and what does it cost?+
Standard Shipping $199 MXN — 3 to 5 business days.Express Shipping $349 MXN — 1 to 2 business days.
We ship throughout Mexico. We share the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Is the packaging discreet?+
Yes. The package carries no branding or description of its contents on the outside. Only the details required for delivery.
Does it need refrigeration in transit?+
No. Lyophilised peptides travel dry and at room temperature. No cold chain is required.
Do you ship outside Mexico?+
Not for now. Shipping research material to other countries involves import requirements we do not yet cover.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards. We are working on enabling OXXO cash payments and SPEI transfers; they will appear at checkout once available.
What is the final price I pay?+
All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). The order summary shows the full breakdown — products, shipping and any applicable tax — before you confirm.
The price you see at confirmation is the price you are charged.
Who am I buying from?+
Orders are sold by BioPeppers LLC, State of Florida, United States. That is the name that will appear on your card statement.
Returns
Can I return a product?+
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the vial is sealed, unopened and in its original packaging.
Because of the nature of the product we cannot accept opened or reconstituted vials, except for manufacturing defects.
What if it arrived damaged or incorrect?+
Write to us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
Buying
Who can buy?+
Individuals 21 years of age or older who acquire the material for research purposes. By completing an order you accept the Research Use Notice.
Do I need an account?+
No. You can check out as a guest — we only need your email and shipping address.
