Orders placed on this site are sold by BioPeppers LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with headquarters at Florida, United States.

Products currently ship to Mexico.

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). The total payable, including shipping and any applicable tax, is shown in the order summary before you confirm your purchase.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country.

We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Availability is subject to stock. If an item sells out after your order, we will notify you and refund it.

You may not resell our products as fit for human consumption, nor represent them as drugs or supplements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is reasonable indication that the material is intended for human consumption, or of any breach of these Terms.

BioPeppers LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the product outside the research scope described in the Research Use Notice.

The buyer is solely responsible for complying with applicable law in their jurisdiction, including import rules where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
