Shipping & Returns

We ship throughout Mexico. Standard Shipping $199 MXN (3-5 business days) and Express Shipping $349 MXN (1-2 business days).

All orders ship in discreet packaging with a tracking number, which we share with you at dispatch.

Lyophilised peptides travel dry and at room temperature; no cold chain is required in transit. Refrigeration applies only after reconstitution, in the laboratory.

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the vial is sealed, unopened and in its original packaging.

Because of the nature of the product we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials, except for manufacturing defects.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, write to us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

⚠️ Cash payments (OXXO), when available: this method does not support automatic refunds. In those cases the refund is issued by bank transfer to an account you provide.
